What information should I provide to Childhood Dream?
ChildhoodDream needs details from our customer like:
1-Name
2-Reciever address
3-Account number used for bank transfer
4-Contact number
5-E-mail address
*All information are meant for ChildhoodDream to service our cusomter better, no information will be leak out of ChildhoodDream
Can I pay by any other method?
No, We are sorry that ChildhoodDream only provides one mode of payment and we are still searching for more ways to allow our customers to pay conveniently.
Can I change the product i bought after seeing it and I don't like it?
Yes but within 3 days after the package has been received, the customer can return the product if they are unhappy with the product they recieved.
Terms and Condition
*The exchanged product have to be of the same price as the
initial product of lower. If the exchanged product cost more, the
customer has to top-up the rest.
*The original plastic package of the product cannot be torn or
tempted
*The return postage maybe bear by the customer
What If there is a defect on the product?
All products will be checked by our friendly staff to ensure no defect before we send it out. ChildhoodDream will not bear any spoilage or lost product if customer choose to send product by normal mail.
What if the product I like has gone out of stock?
Because our stock are limited, customer can request the product they like and ChildhoodDream will try our best in searching for the same product for our customer without having extra cost.
